Carina Nichole Designs provides a design presentation with furniture and material selections along with design boards, and/or vignettes and space planning/ floor plan options as well as other interior architecture detailed drawings.
(For example: Detailed Elevation drawings, ceiling details, lighting plans, custom furniture and built-ins and fireplace custom wall detailing to name a few.) Part of the project scope of services will also include pricing and manufacturer information for purchasing purposes.
Additional customizable options for on site install of bedding decor, accessories, lamps and smaller items are available. Carina can be scheduled if additional services are needed on site with handyman to locate, dimension and mark locations for art work, drapery and other items to ensure proper installation and completion.
(Any and all ordering, scheduling of deliveries, project management and manual labor install is not included and therefore the client is solely responsible to delegate or handle as needed unless client would like to hire Carina Nichole Designs to also handle the project management end of the project as well.) The on site install and project management aspect is typically recommended for larger projects and a more stream lined approach for a turn key design package.
